Vegan Paella

Join Chef Troy Gardner at the Bedford Public Library for a free, 90-minute hands-on class crafting vibrant vegan paella. In this intimate evening of cooking, dining, and storytelling, Chef Troy—vegan author and restaurateur—shares the rich history of this Spanish dish. Sponsored by local growers, Mushroom Street Farms, the class will feature their seared King Oyster Mushrooms, crafted into scallops as a luxurious addition to the vegan paella.
