Join Steph and I, on Wednesday 17/9 at The Clophill Centre for an evening of deep relaxation.

🪷We will start by connecting with the Blue Lotus to open our 3rd eye and unlock our intuition.
🎶We will then have sound bath with Tibetan so that you can fully relax and have a deep journey.
🌀We will finish with a guided meditation inspired by the Blue Lotus.

A chance to step away from the busyness of daily life and sink into a state of mindfulness, healing and renewal.
