Sharnbrook Mill Theatre has always thrived on the passion, creativity, and dedication of its volunteers. As we look ahead, we’re exploring the introduction of a new coordinator role—a position designed to support, not replace, our incredible volunteer team.
We want your voice in this conversation.
Join us for a dynamic Open Space Session on Sunday, 31st August. This is your opportunity to share ideas, raise concerns, and help shape a role that enhances our community and strengthens our shared mission.
Together, we can ensure the Mill Theatre continues to flourish – with every voice valued and every role respected.

What to Expect
The Session, which will run from 10am to 3pm, will be comprised of several parts:
An open, inclusive discussion.
Collaborative breakout sessions on topics surrounding this idea.
A chance to influence how the coordinator role is defined and implemented.
We will provide lunch for attendees – great ideas need fuel!
Schedule for the day
10:00 AM – Welcome & introduction
10:30 AM – Opening circle & topic setting
11:00 AM – Breakout discussions
12:30 PM – Lunch break
1:30 PM – Afternoon discussions & summaries from breakout groups
2:00 PM – Closing circle discussion & next steps.
