Monthly New Moon Ceremony - with Heka
Each month we will gather in the yurt at @ The Happy Body Project in Bedfordshire for our New Moon Ceremony with Heka.
The new moon is powerful time for manifesting, planting seeds and new beginnings. In this sacred container we will focus on what we want to call in and amplify our intentions with Heka.
The new moon is when the sun and the moon are at the same place in orbit. This is the merging of masculine and feminine energy, a powerful portal between our conscious and unconscious mind. In Ancient Egypt Heka is considered to be a God, a magical system and a fundamental force of the universe. A creative energy with the power to bring words and thoughts into reality. When we combine this with the energy of the new moon we have a powerful tool for manifesting our desires.
What to expect:
🔮Card pull - pull a card from the oracle deck to receive guidance
✨Intention setting - set your intentions for the new moon cycle and time for reflection
🕯️Rituals - unique to each month you will be guided to connect to your inner wisdom and activate your Heka
👁️Guided meditation and visualisation -drop into your inner world and allow yourself to receive
🌀Shamanic journey and tuning fork healing -this is an opportunity to connect to the ancient Egyptian god Heka
🌬️Breath and movement -activate your life force energy, grounding and opening (movement optional)
📝Journaling -take a quiet moment to explore anything that may arise during ceremony
🤍Sharing circle - a safe space to be held and seen without judgement
🍵Refreshments - enjoy herbal tea and nibbles, nourishment for the body and soul
WHAT WILL YOU GAIN:
Each individual will have their own unique experience but attendees often report a sense of calm, clarity, relaxation and connection. A nourishing experience whereby some experience deep transformation often releasing tension and blockages. A chance to connect to the energies of the new moon, set your intentions for the new cycle ahead and an opportunity to reflect.
ABOUT YOUR FACILITATOR:
Journey to Heka - Stephanie is a shamanic practitioner, cacao + blue lotus facilitator and professional dancer with a deep connection to Ancient Egypt. She has been travelling to Egypt for the past 21 years and studies the Egyptian pantheon bringing this to life through monthly sacred cacao + blue lotus ceremonies. She also holds ecstatic dance events, sound collaborations and monthly new moon ceremonies across Bedfordshire and surrounding areas.
