Herbal Remedies Workshop

Join me for a hands-on Herbal Remedies Workshop at the beautiful Clophill Eco Lodges, where you'll learn how to create natural remedies using local plants.

Learn about the power of natural remedies and how to incorporate them into your daily life.

We will start with a local walk to identify and forage useful herbs. Back at The Eco Lodges (after a warming cup of tea), we will make a hot oil infusion and turn it into a medicinal balm, and you will start a cold oil infusion to take home. We will then look at, smell and taste some tea ingredients, before you make your own blend to take home with you.

Everyone will take home a finished balm, a starter infusion and their own personal tea, as well as some recipe cards for other remedies.
This is a half day session from 9.30am to 12.30pm with light refreshments provided. All equipment and ingredients are provided - please let me know of any allergies or intolerances at the time of booking.

Maximum of 8 people, £45 per person.
