This class is a brief overview of the chakras followed by 45 minutes of gentle movement and then Yoga Nidra.

Chair yoga- is a modified form of yoga that is practiced while sitting or holding onto a chair for support. This allows students to get the benefits of yoga despite mobility limitations.

Yoga Nidra- is a guided meditation that takes you to the edge of sleep for deep mental and physical relaxation. It offers numerous benefits and is practiced entirely in savasana.
