Bedford ADHD Support Group

We're delighted to announce that our next Adult ADHD Support Group meeting will feature a special guest: Ben Lennard! Diagnosed with ADHD in July 2024, Ben has been on a journey of self discovery, realising that his diagnosis ‘does not define him’ and that he is ‘not the problem’. He is learning to better understand himself and the reasons behind how he thinks and feels. Building on his recent documentary and appearance on the BBC show 'Change Your Mind, Change Your Life' with Matt and Emma Willis, Ben is now reaching out to make connections and share his experiences. This session is an opportunity to hear Ben’s story, explore the realities of living with ADHD, and connect with others on similar journeys. Come for an honest conversation, community support and new perspectives.
