Mountain Soul Retreat | July 4th – 6th, 2025
A Weekend of Deep Rest, Connection & Transformation in the Heart of Eryri
Step away from the noise of everyday life and into a weekend of deep restoration, adventure, and soulful connection at Tyddyn Siarl, a beautiful stone cottage nestled in the foothills of the Eryri mountains. With a purpose-built yoga studio overlooking the lush cottage garden and towering peaks beyond, this retreat offers the perfect sanctuary to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself and nature.
This is a weekend for those who long to slow down and listen, to feel the earth beneath their feet, the rhythm of their breath, and the power of the wild landscape to bring them home to themselves.
Your Home for the Weekend
Your stay will be simple yet deeply nourishing, offering the comfort and space you need to unwind. Choose from:
🏡 A cozy room in the cottage – 1 twin and 2 doubles, warm and inviting.
⛺ Glamping in the garden – a beautiful bell tent with luxuriously comfortable Vango beds, perfect for those who feel called to sleep under the summer sky.
🚐 Live-in vehicle space – if you prefer the privacy of your own space while still being part of the retreat.
A Journey Through the Elements
✨ FRIDAY | ARRIVAL & SETTLING IN
Arrive in the soft light of the evening and settle into the peaceful embrace of the mountains. We’ll gather for a gorgeous supper social, a meal made with love, designed to ground you into the space and set the tone for the weekend ahead.
As night falls, we’ll ease into a gentle yoga practice, guiding you inward, softening the edges of your day. Then, surrender to the healing waves of a seasonally inspired sound bath, letting vibrations wash over you like a lullaby, opening the doorway to deep rest and inner stillness.
🌄 SATURDAY | EARTH & ADVENTURE
Wake to the stillness of the mountains and the scent of fresh morning air. A nourishing breakfast will fuel us for the day ahead—a guided hike into the heart of Snowdonia.
Led by an experienced and knowledgeable guide, this sacred walk through the landscape isn’t just about reaching a destination—it’s about listening to the land, feeling the rhythm of your steps, breathing in the wisdom of the mountains. This is a chance to move with intention, connect with yourself, and share in the quiet strength of the group.
Returning to the retreat, you’ll be welcomed back with a divine seasonal feast, inspired by local folklore and the abundance of summer—food that nourishes not just the body, but the soul. As the evening settles, we’ll close the day with a relaxation session, inviting deep rest before sleep.
🌊 SUNDAY | WATER & RELEASE
The final morning begins gently with breakfast and a slow, meditative yoga practice, guiding you back to your breath, your body, and the present moment.
Then, we follow the pull of water, walking down to Llyn Padarn, where a lakeside sauna experience awaits. Let the heat melt away what no longer serves you, and if you feel called, take a refreshing dip in the lake—a baptism into clarity, presence, and renewal.
Returning to the retreat, we’ll share a light seasonal lunch, then gather one final time for a gentle sound bath and closing circle, sealing the experience and honoring the transformations that have taken place.
A Retreat for Those Who Seek More Than Rest
This isn’t just a weekend escape—it’s a sacred pause, an opportunity to step into a space of reflection, connection, and renewal. It’s for those who long to remember their wildness, their softness, their strength.
A chance to listen deeply, move with intention, eat with gratitude, and rest with ease—held by the mountains, the water, the land, and each other.
Prices vary depending on what time or budget you would like to commit to. Spaces are limited to keep the experience intimate.
