WV Collective Presents: The Last Five Years

The WV Collective is excited to present "The Last Five Years," an emotional and intimate musical by Jason Robert Brown. Its compelling narrative unfolds over a five-year forensic examination of the relationship of Jamie Wellerstein, a rising novelist, and Cathy Hiatt, a struggling actress.

Jamie and Cathy love each other, but love is hard. The unique structure of the musical showcases Jamie's story in chronological order and Cathy’s in reverse, with their timelines intersecting only once. Directed by Adam Taylor, this production promises to bring a fresh and intimate perspective to the stage.
