About the event

August Regular Meeting

Liberty Township Historical Society will hold our regular meeting on Thursday, August 14th at 7:00 PM at the restored Hughes One-Room School located at 6010 Princeton Rd. Business items will include planning of the 7th annual Heritage Day on September 13th. We will also plan our annual Bon Fire/Weiner Roast in October. Shelby Reed will relate his memories of growing up in Liberty Township, attending Liberty Elementary and Lakota Schools. He also participated in the Liberty Livestock 4-H club. Refreshments will be served. All interested in local history are encouraged to attend.
