WVAC Beccles Beginners Running Group 2025

Beccles Beginners Running Group returns starting on Wednesday 4th June from 19:00-20:00 for 8 weeks.

Based on the Sir John Leman High School field this is perfect for anybody aged 16–100 who wants to get fit, lose weight and gain self-confidence!

Led by England Athletics trained instructors in a friendly and encouraging environment 🙂

Absolutely suitable for 100% beginners! You do not need to be fit or to have ever run before.

Also suitable for anyone who already runs or is returning to running as there will be multiple groups of different abilities.

Just bring yourself, some water and a comfy pair of trainers.

Session will start at 19:00 but please arrive by 18:50 so we can get you registered. If you are able to please fill in this form https://www.waveneyvalley.org/beginners-form/ beforehand, printed copies will be available on the night so don't worry if you cannot do one in advance.

Sessions are just £2 per week or £15 upfront, with that £15 also counting toward the full years senior membership of £38 which includes England Athletics governing body affiliation.
