Untangled Yoga on the Broads

These gentle yoga classes offer an invitation to allow your mind & body to become untangled from the demands of daily life.

Our Untangled Yoga sessions in a studio at the waters edge in Beccles. This evening session is delivered in a small intimate studio, hidden above the Fen Lane cafe on Beccles Quay.

Our Sessions weave rest in with slow & intentional movements to promote a deep release and reset.

This restorative Yin style session is ideal for those feeling overwhelmed, tense, or mentally cluttered.
