MARTIAL ARTS & SELF-DEFENCE CLASSES - Three and a half hours of training available each week, at 2 training venues, MONDAYS at our BECCLES Dojang, The Venue, Beccles, Suffolk. WEDNESDAYS at our EARSHAM Dojang, Swift Fitness Gym, Earsham, Norfolk.
