Join us for a fun and uplifiting class, with one of our new Insturctor In Training. Our classes are a combinatio of strength, cardio, mindfulness — the foundation of the barre3 signature class. No experience required—our workout is designed for every fitness level, from beginner to expert. Bring your workout buddy, or meet one there.

Please bring a yoga mat and water.

Before class, if you have not attended class with Barre3 Murrayhill, please sign our waiver so you don't need to worry about it day of.
