Session 2 – October 21 Diversifying Your Resources: Money, People, and Partners
Resilient organizations don’t rely on a single funding source or a single champion. Build a balanced portfolio of resources to withstand disruption and seize opportunity.
You’ll learn to:
Analyze your current resource mix for risk and opportunity
Identify new funding streams aligned with your mission
Leverage partnerships and volunteers to expand capacity
Session 3 – December 4 Rebuilding for the Future: Business Model Bootcamp
When the world changes, your blueprint for impact has to change too. Map out or refine your nonprofit’s business model to meet today’s realities and tomorrow’s opportunities.
You’ll learn to:
Connect your mission to a sustainable, adaptable operating model
Define your core value proposition for funders and partners
Build a roadmap for decisions in 2025 and beyond
