Yoga comes from the Sanskrit root “yuj” that means “union, to unite or to connect.” Fascia is the connective tissue in the body, the matrix that connects all of the disperse parts of the body together. Come join Randy Boyd E-RYT 500 and Certified Yoga Therapist (IAYT) to learn about fascia, how to keep it healthy, and how healthy fascia helps keep you pain free, strong and mobile! This workshop will be offered by livestream. You may join from home or practice with community in-studio on the big screen monitor.
