Lunch & Learn-Aging Well

Rosann Cunningham will be presenting a lunch and learn on tips for aging well that will include nutrition tips, exercise routines and habits to support positive mindset and mood on Monday, January 26th at noon.
Seating is limited. Must pre-register in advanced at the center or by calling 724-774-5654.
Includes lunch and a special dessert. Suggested donation of $3 for ages 60+ and $6 charge for ages 59 and younger.
