Diabetes Self Management Program

Do you or someone you know have Diabetes and want to take charge of your life?

This 2 1/2 Hour Program will take place every week for 6 weeks starting Wednesday, August 15th. Lunch is included. Must pre-register at the center or by calling 724-774-5654.

Participants in this 6 week FREE evidence based Diabetes Self Management Program:
-Find practical ways to manage stress, confusion and frustration
-Discuss ways to prevent or delay diabetes complications
-Discover tools to enhance nutrition and exercise choices
-Learn new ways to talk with your doctor and family about your health
-The Diabetes Workshop can help you get the support you need to take charge of your life!
