Chakra Cleansing: Solar Plexus Chakra

Join us for the next installment in our Chakra series as we dive deeper into the Solar Plexus Chakra. In this interactive class we will learn about both the blocked and the overactive chakra, complete with some journal prompts, more crystal and yoga work. We will finish it off with a short meditation to clear and balance our Solar Plexus. Come prepared for some gentle yoga moves, bring pen and paper for journaling and room for a little nourishment.

Prior chakra cleansing attendance NOT REQUIRED.

If you attended the first session, please bring your chakra crystals, but we will have extras on hand for class use if you forget yours or did not attend the prior sessions.
