Buti Glow Yoga

Let’s flow and glow! Using body paints and glow sticks to illuminate under a blacklit studio! Buti Yoga is a powerful blend of tribal inspired cardio and primal movements, fluid movements of empowerment, plyometrics, core strength and vinyasa-style yoga. It’s set to upbeat music, no dance or yoga experience needed. Bring an open mind, an open heart and leave your inhibitions behind.
