Candlelight Restorative Yoga: Autumn Serenity

As a seasons shift and nature prepares for rest, we too, can find opportunities for renewal and restoration within ourselves.

This gentle, all levels, restorative yoga class, invites you to embrace the calming energy of fall through supported and mindful breathing. Through a sequence of
floor-based postures supported by bolsters, blankets and blocks, we will release tension and cultivate inner peace, allowing your nervous system to quiet.

Join us to cultivate a sense of gratitude for the changing season and deepen your connection with yourself as we move into the cooler months.

This 90-minute practice will end in a luscious, cocooned corpse pose with heated eye mask and hot stone.
