Sundance Head, son of the legendary Roy Head, has spent his life soaking up the sounds of American music. He’s written and recorded with the likes of ZZ Top, landed #1 hits on Texas Radio, and made his mark on not just one, but two major network talent competitions—American Idol and The Voice, where he stole America’s heart and won the whole dang thing under the guidance of Blake Shelton.

Sundance has released multiple albums, including Starting Again, produced by country songwriting legend Dean Dillon. His music blends soul, country, and pure emotion—drawing from his deeply personal life experiences, from growing up in a household filled with music to navigating profound personal loss. You’ll hear echoes of James Brown, Queen, Patsy Cline, George Jones, and more in his sound—but make no mistake, Sundance is one of a kind.
