Lovers of the Universe a.s.b.l. invites you for the second edition of RALI DO FADO E CANCOES. An immersive Fado experience in the heart of the picturesque village of Larochette—where the spirit of Portugal dances through the streets and the soulful strains of Fado echo in our hearts.
Larochette, with its vibrant Portuguese community, will once again come alive with the heartfelt strumming of guitars and the passionate voices of Fado singers. For this second edition, we are hosting no fewer than 14 intimate Fado concerts and more in the cozy cafés and the village’s main square. Throughout the day, you’ll have the chance to wander from one performance to another, each offering its own unique atmosphere—all within walking distance.
Expect to be deeply moved by eight exceptional Fado bands, alongside fine touches of Portuguese folk and world music—culminating in a grand finale at 22:00 with one of the world’s most renowned Fado singers: MARIA ANA BOBONE.
Beyond the music, discover intercultural stands highlighting the cultural roots of Portugal, authentic Portuguese cuisine served at the main square, and a striking photo exhibition by Paulo Lobo.
As the spaces in the cafés are free and can fill up quickly, we recommend arriving early to secure your spot. Join us for a memorable day of music, emotion, and cultural delight.

Une expérience immersive de Fado au cœur du pittoresque village de Larochette – où l’esprit du Portugal danse dans les rues et où les sons profonds du Fado résonnent dans nos cœurs.
Larochette, avec sa vibrante communauté portugaise, s’animera à nouveau au rythme des guitares et des voix passionnées des chanteurs de Fado. Pour cette deuxième édition, nous proposons pas moins de 14 concerts intimistes de Fado et autres dans les cafés chaleureux et sur la place principale du village. Tout au long de la journée, vous aurez la possibilité de flâner d’un concert à l’autre, chacun offrant sa propre ambiance – et tous accessibles à pied.
Attendez-vous à être profondément ému par huit groupes de Fado exceptionnels, accompagnés de délicates touches de musique folklorique portugaise et de musiques du monde – le tout jusqu’à un final spectaculaire à 22h00 assuré par l’une des plus grandes voix du Fado contemporain : MARIA ANA BOBONE.
Au-delà de la musique, découvrez des stands interculturels mettant en lumière les racines culturelles du Portugal, une cuisine portugaise authentique servie sur la place principale, ainsi qu’une exposition photographique marquante de Paulo Lobo.
