Paint Historic Old New Castle (PHONC '25)

Approximately 25 artists will fan out through the streets of historic New Castle to paint scenes on their canvases for up to 4 hours. At 1 pm the finished work will be displayed and judged for cash prizes. Most will be for sale at very affordable prices to take home. There is no fee for the public to observe the process and the awards. The public is invited to vote for the Peoples Choice Award and one of those of the viewers who vote will win a $50 VISA card.
(This event occurs concurrently with the tour hosted by Day in Old New Castle which does sell tickets for their event. PHONC '25, however, is free.)
