Each guest will enjoy a 10oz New York Striploin, grilled to perfection and marinated in your choice of:
•Calamus Red Wine – with garlic and Italian herbs
•Mexican Style – lime, cilantro, onion, jalapeño, Corona beer, olive oil & spices
•Cajun Dry Rub – bold Southern flavour with a smoky twist

Seating is outdoors under our covered event venue, overlooking the waterfall gardens and vineyard.
