Transformational & Relaxing Day Retreat

After many years of teaching science-backed techniques for stress management and relaxation, mostly to our incredible NHS staff, and after requests from clients (plus a Masters degree under my belt!), I’m thrilled to finally be hosting my very own Day Retreat!

It’s happening on Sunday 28th September 2025 at the beautiful Crowne Plaza Hotel, Gerrards Cross.
