59 DE VILLE will be performing at Seer Green Beer Fest on evening of Saturday 13th September.
London-based 59 de Ville features a modern take on bebop and blues standards, including pieces such as The Sidewinder, Nightlife, Got My Mojo Working and Cantaloupe Island, plus original compositions.
Formed from a jam session at Ain’t Nothing But The Blues, 59 de Ville features jazz musicians Jeremy Robinson on trumpet and Jamie Royan on bass guitar, along with blues frontman Russ Varakuta on guitar and vocals, and Jerry Claydon on drums.
Recent gigs have included legendary venues Dublin Castle (Camden) and the Water Rats (Kings Cross), as well as George IV (Chiswick) and The Red Lion (Ealing).
59 de Ville will be kicking off Saturday evening’s entertainment, performing from 6.30pm on the Mess Tent stage, segueing seamlessly from a relaxed Saturday afternoon vibe to the high energy Saturday evening performances in the Big Top.
