2025 Papacosmas Perseids Public Event

RASC Montreal will celebrate the peak night of the 2025 Perseids Meteor Shower with our annual Papacosmas Perseids Event on Tuesday, Aug 12th 2025 starting at 7:30pm EDT. Learn about the science of meteor showers, the origin and history of the Perseids and how to observe and even photograph this wonder of the night sky with a presentation in the Morgan Arboretum Conservation Centre, and if weather allows we can observe Nature's Fireworks in Montreal's darkest skies after the short talk.

This is a free Public Event, but donations are appreciated to help fund our Outreach activities.
