This is a space where you come as you are and relax, connect back to Mother Earths healing energies and gently unlock your wisdom within via guided practices - practical tools that you can take with you to tune into your intuition and enhance yore daily energetic self care 💕
The session is different each month in line with the energies astrologically and needs of each group 💕 this can include

- opens up our energy flow with the power of this ancient earth medicine. A powerful tool for enhancing joy and connection to our ancestors through heart opening, self awareness and gratitude practices.
✨Guided meditation - this is different each week created intuitively - a powerful combination of guided healing using visualisation to connect to our body and emotions along with our inner wisdom, the session includes sound therapy instruments to reset your energy and take you on a powerful journey home to self where healing and intuitive insights can become more clear.
✨Journaling and discussions for self awareness and releasing stress.
✨Art to open up the mind and acknowledge our emotions and energetic experiences. This is also a great way to put the mind into a meditative state.
✨Earth energies connections - Lauren’s signature healing modality, you will be guided in connecting with Mother Earth and the elements to re-align your energies, clear out any negative attachments and support energetic healing along with overall wellness.
✨guided visualisation and breath to connect into your body, this grounds us back into the moment especially when the mind can be quite busy.
✨Discussions of the past months learnings end energy themes and discussion of the energy themes in the month to come.
