Yoga Vasishta ist ein Weg zur Erleuchtung oder Selbstverwirklichung. Es ist ein Gespräch zwischen einem Schüler und einem Meister, in dem der Schüler mit Fragen über den Sinn des Lebens überhäuft wird und der Meister dem Schüler spirituelle Weisheit und Führung gibt.
Besonderes Merkmal: Dieses Programm ist erfahrungsorientiert und nicht nur ein Kommentar zum Text. An allen drei Tagen werden Meditationen durchgeführt, um Ihr Verständnis zu vertiefen.

A profound dialogue between the disciple and the Master. Rama is the disciple and Vasistha is the Master. The knowledge Master gave to his disciple is known as Yoga Vasistha. It is the disciple wondering about the purpose of life.
