Elite Personal Training & Fitness is Excited to continue to bring the heat with the BEST & Most FUN fitness classes!
These classes are open to all members of the surrounding communities
We believe fitness should be affordable and accessible to everybody
Classes are suitable for all fitness levels,
if under the age of 16, please be accompanied by an adult and must be participating in the class
Classes are all by donation with 100% of the proceeds going to local charities :-)
We have a large space ,the lights are turned down low so you can come have fun in a non-judgment zone leave your troubles at the door
We have different instructors, teaching different classes, such as Zumba, Zumba gold, Shine dance fitness ,Boot Camp style classes and yoga TBD
We need your help spreading the word and sharing our posts/ events so we can grow our community classes
