About the event

Art Club K-5: Summer Sunset Canvas
Wish Upon a Jar Art Club is a kids-only after school art program for kids in grades kindergarten through fifth. This week we’ll be working with acrylic on canvas. We’ll be learning how to paint one of our favorite summer sites- a beautiful sunset. We’ll learn how to blend and all learn about silhouettes. Paintings will be brought home the day of class. Every student will be provided with an apron, but sometimes acrylic paint can stain, so it’s best to send them in clothes that can get dirty just in case!
