In this class we will be stepping to the beat using equipment we will supply. Our rockstar instructors will create routines for songs and have a fun playlist to make the workout go by quickly.

Whether it’s your first time taking a step class, or you’re an advanced stepper, ANYONE CAN PARTICIPATE IN THIS CLASS!
