Join us under the sycamore trees at Wenonah Park for a lower-body focused workout with a core-blasting finisher — all with stunning river views!
This pod-style session is designed for all fitness levels, combining strength, endurance, and balance. We’ll move through a structured format to keep things fresh, fun, and effective:

🔹 Main Workout:
1 round: 20 seconds or 20 counts
2 rounds: 15 seconds or 15 counts
3 rounds: 10 seconds or 10 counts
