Ecstatic Dance with Nicole

In a Free Flow movement class, you'll begin with a grounding guided meditation and gentle warm-up to connect with your body and breath.

We then move into The Shake: a tension-release practice that helps you let go and open up to freer movement.

The dance portion invites intentional, intuitive movement with loose suggestions to inspire your unique expression.

The full experience lasts about an hour and a half, with breath work woven throughout to support presence, release, and embodied flow.

Please wear something comfy to move in. We typically dance barefoot. Grippy socks are welcome.

Don't forget your water bottle, you're going to want it!
