Charcuterie Demo at Wirt Public Library

Create your own Instagram-worthy cheese board! Learn simple techniques for cutting and plating, how to select the perfect cheeses and charcuterie, and how to select accompaniments to pull it all together. In this demonstration, Kevin Parker will demonstrate tricks and techniques that you can recreate at home to add some extra wow to your next charcuterie board! This is a free event hosted by the Alice and Jack Wirt Library in Downtown Bay City. To register for this event, please visit the library’s website.
