Join YWCA - GLBR for a discussion of Homegoing by Yaa Gyasi. This work of historical fiction traces the severed destinies of two half-sisters and their descendants, across eight generations. Gyasi’s debut novel provides a deep exploration of the enduring familial legacy left by slavery and colonialism.
Join us for an evening of good conversation and community as we dive into this book together. We’ll enjoy light refreshments, fun door prizes, and a lively discussion in a welcoming space. Deadline for registration is October 15th.
