Wright Way Pottery at Emanar Cellars

Jeff Wright and his wife Darci, from Wright Way Pottery, will be joining us on Wednesday July 16th to give a wheel thrown potter demonstration. You have probably seen some of his work here while dining at Emanar. Jeff is a native northwest potter that was introduced to the craft at the young age of 11 and has continued to pursue his love of working with and creating functional art out of clay. Darci, his wife, came on board about 13 years ago and has become the one who does most of the glazing on Jeff's hand thrown pieces and helps design and bring new pieces to life. Come in, have a glass of wine, and enjoy eating some fondue out of one of their fondue bowls while Jeff demonstrates the process of throwing to trimming to get the piece ready for firing. He will be happy to answer any questions and will also have a small assortment of pieces for sale.
