You know the feeling when you flip off the basement light and run up the stairs, convinced that something is just about to reach out and snatch your ankle? Or when you turn a corner in your own home and swear you catch a shadow shifting in a room that should be empty?
Darkness has always been the oldest fear.
It turns every whisper into a threat, every flicker into a face, every step into a chase.
Most people hate the dark.
But for some, it feels safe...because if you can’t see it, then it can’t hurt you…
Right?
Each year, the Haunted Scare Affair drags you into a new nightmare. We twist your imagination, play with your nerves, and give you terror with a purpose.
But this year?
This year we strip everything away.
No distractions. No illusions. No escape.
This year, we bring you fear for the sake of fear itself.
Darkness.
The Woman’s Co-op is hosting their annual Scare Affair Friday October 24th and Saturday October 25th in the Kaleidoscope Garden at Leila Arboretum. Guided tours begin at 8pm and run until midnight.
Tickets for the event are $12.00.
If you would like to avoid the box office line, we will have tickets for pre purchase online available at womanscoop.ludus.com or you can purchase tickets at the gate during the event.
(Please note: the event runs rain or shine so tickets will not be refunded due to weather)
We will have food for purchase on site.
This event is all ages, however due to the graphic content may not be suitable for children.
Any children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult.
