May CPAN - Community Care Options

**We have moved the monthly meeting to the last Thursday of May due to the Calhoun County Senior Expo.

You are invited to join us in the Lew Boyd Room at the Kool Family Community Center where Anne Clark, Program Manager for Senior Health Partners will talk about their Community Care Options program. Refreshments will be provided by Lakeview Assisted Living.

We encourage networking, collaboration, idea, and information sharing. As a way to encourage group participation, we will no longer offer a virtual option since the most successful collaborating seems to evolve with spontaneous interactions. Please invite colleagues, coworkers, or anyone you feel would benefit from this group. We also encourage you to bring brochures, flyers, and business cards to share with the group.

o Coffee Connections Networking from 8:15 am – 8:30 am
o Introductions & 30 second PSAs 8:30 am – 8:55 am
o 5-minute Sponsor Spotlight – Lakeview Assisted Living 8:55 am – 9:00 am
o Community Care Options Presentation 9:00 am – 9:30 am

The Calhoun Professionals in Aging Network meets monthly to provide educational, networking, and collaborative opportunities for organizations that serve older adults. These meetings are offered without cost and open to the public. They are held on the 4th Thursday of the month.
