Sunday Reset - Soundbath

For one hour you will just relax and lie down comfortably while you let the frequency of the crystal bowls, tuning forks, chimes and other healing instruments gently wash over you, immersing you in sound; allowing your body and mind to relax into a theta state thereby resetting your nervous system gently, and realigning your energies into their naturally most harmonic state.

This brings the whole body into coherence. This state of coherence allows the body and mind to move into the optimal state for natural physical healing and for calming the mind. If you have wanted to meditate but have found it “hard”, then a soundbath may be for you.

What you should bring:
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow and optional eye mask (if you don't have these items, some are available here for purchase). These items are recommended for your comfort, but not required, gym mats will cover the floor.
I recommend prior to coming you lie down on the floor at home and see what you need to rest comfortably for 45 mins to support your back, etc. and bring those things with you. If you prefer to use a chair, they are available. If there are special needs, reach out before and we'll do our best to make your experience a comfortable one. Arrive at least 10 mins early to use the restroom, and get comfortable, we'll start promplty at 3p.
