Senior Creative Wellness Program

The Senior Creative Wellness Program at the Cary Saurage Community Arts Center is a weekly daytime arts and wellness class designed to support the emotional, cognitive, and social well-being of older adults. Through gentle movement, creative expression, and joyful social connection, this program provides seniors with an uplifting, meaningful experience in a safe and supportive environment.

Our mission is to promote healthy aging, mental stimulation, and joyful creativity through arts-based engagement.
