What You’ll Learn:
What rucking is and why it’s effective
How to choose the right gear (rucks, backpacks, weight options)
Proper rucking form and posture to prevent injury
What to Bring:
A backpack (any sturdy one works to start)
A water bottle
Comfortable walking shoes
Optional: weight (brick, plate, or wrapped items); if you don’t have one, bring an empty pack and we’ll provide ideas
