New Moon Sound Bath

Join me at The Red Shoes for a New Moon Sound Bath. This gentle morning session is the perfect reset- realigning your mind, body, and spirit while inviting in the peaceful, fresh energy of the new moon.

Yoga mats and blankets provided, but feel free to bring anything else you would like to get nice and comfy!
