KO Kickboxing

Cardio Kickboxing program is a high-energy, free fitness class that combines martial arts and cardio exercises. Participants engage in dynamic kicks, punches, and cardio drills for a full-body workout. This indoors program emphasizes fun and community building while promoting health and movement to help you achieve your health goals.
