CACRC Back to School Sale and Resource Fair Vendor Sign Up

CACRC’s annual Back to School Sale is expanding! For the first time, we’re partnering with the East Baton Rouge Parish Library to host a Community Resource Fair alongside our popular refurbished tech sale- bringing together affordable technology, essential resources, and local support services all in one space.

We’re inviting nonprofits, service providers, and community focused businesses to host a table and share helpful information, materials, or programs with hundreds of families preparing for the school year.

This is a free, outdoor event expected to draw a large turnout. Families will shop deeply discounted devices from CACRC, and explore a range of community resources to help them start the school year strong.

Vendor Info:

• Free to participate
• Expected attendance: hundreds of families
• Arrival & setup: 7:30 AM
• Event runs: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Table space provided (additional info in confirmation email)

Want to contribute even more?Organizations are welcome to support the event with donations of snacks, school supplies, entertainment, or other giveaway items. Just let us know in your registration!
