You'll join Anne & Lili in theTeaching Kitchen for a hands-on cooking session that's all about big, bright flavors. Fresh from their culinary trip to Madrid, Anne & Lili are all about small plates, little bites and fun nibbles with bold flavors. They're applying their knowledge of spice, heat and acid to everything from French Gougeres to Cajun Creole Shrimp Remoulade - all in a menu that you'll create. Melissa with Martin's Wine & Spirits will be on hand to guide you through the wine pairings for this diverse menu.

This class is for guests 21 and over.
CLASS TRANSFER POLICY: No Refunds. If you are unable to attend this class, you may request a transfer to move your reservation to another class. However these requests must be received seven (7) working days in advance of the class date. If your request is made after seven (7) working days, we will not be able to accommodate your transfer request. You may, however, pass along your place in this class to another person. Planning, food purchases and staffing takes place well in advance of each cooking class; therefore, we are unable to offer refunds.
