Session will take place on the path at the Sportsground.

WU/CD: 13 minute easy running + drills.
Fartlek into Tempo Session:
5 x 1min @ 80% threshold effort 1min @ 55% recovery effort
5 x 30sec @ 80% threshold effort 30sec @ 55% recovery effort
2min active recovery
10min @ 75% Tempo Effort
A mixed aerobic conditioning session. Look to pace execution, control and effort focus in this set. Good for finding effort early and control late.
Location - Lions Berry Park, Lions Club Drive, Bathurst.
Cost- $10 for casual runners $5 for RUN RIOT clients and under 16's.
Come along and see what you can do in a supportive and diverse group of runners, it is great chance to test yourself in a non-competitive environment. For anyone keen to keep their training on track with structure this summer, I will have a weekly program available for $15 PW.
