Session will take place on the path at the Morse Park.
Details of the session are:
WU/CD: 13 minute easy running + drills.
Pyramid Session:
200m @ 80% threshold effort - equal standing recovery time (same as effort duration)
400m @ 80% threshold effort - equal standing recovery time (same as effort duration)
800m @ 80% threshold effort - equal standing recovery time (same as effort duration)
Repeat 3 - 5
A pyramid effort session. Run just off threshold and look for control as the reps progress in duration. The goal is for consistency and efficiency across the entire set. Look to be smart with pacing, effort and mindset.
Location - Lions Berry Park, Lions Club Drive, Bathurst.
Cost- $10 for casual runners $5 for RUN RIOT clients and under 16's.
