Tempo Session
WU/CD: 13 minute easy running + drills.
Session:
• 8min 75% tempo effort 2min 55% active recovery effort.
Repeat 3
PURPOSE: 3 tempo sets, the goal is to run true tempo effort, controlled but challenging and keep things consistent throughout the individual rep and across the set of 3. A great measuring point for where form and fitness sits.
Location - Lions Berry Park, Lions Club Drive, Bathurst.
Cost- $10 for casual runners $5 for RUN RIOT clients and under 16's.
Come along and see what you can do in a supportive and diverse group of runners, it is great chance to test yourself in a non-competitive environment. For those interested in more focused training over the cooler months I will have a weekly program available for $15 PW.
